Every piece of medical information has a consent form or approval for service which includes you signing consent for insurance companies to receive it by way of consenting to the treatment. HIPAA laws insist on this. There is NO huge overseas cabal USING your health information. Most overseas operations are limited to customer service, not medical authorization units.
