Shame that this didn't turn out as good as it sounded, I think you'd have to accept all the coincidences to make this believable. But, I do like fairytale-themed stories :)

I loved this, and I think Elizabeth is one v.talented author but like you, I didn't feel as shocked or as emotional as I did while I read CNV

Code Name Verity, and Elizabeth's new book, Rose Under Fire, would make great texts for high school students paired with study of WWII! And Graffiti Moon would be another great choice!

So good when a series is still good! I am still trying to decide whether I should read these books, I have the first one and have seen so many good reviews!

I was looking forward to this but the fact that the letter has to go over things he'd probably remember seems a bit off and would detract from the realistic aspect
