PhilosophersNotes TV : The Magic of Thinking Big - Episode #16

The issue of stick ability is really valid as mentioned in the book. "Sticking to something and getting the task done is better than idle intelligence even if it of genius caliber". In addition i have the following comments: 1. I feel at a sightly higher level that this has something to do with emotional intelligence of a person especially pertaining to qualities such as delaying gratification for the amount of work put in now and ability to continue in the presence of disappointments and frustrations. 2. I feel at a still slightly higher level it also has something to do with our spiritual intelligence of a person, especially pertaining to the qualities such as following your heart and chasing your dreams ( in this case journey itself becomes as blissful as the destination that the issues with stick ability and emotional intelligence becomes a non issue). Just to mention the other benefit of a higher spiritual quotient is the ability to effortlessly override social, religious orders with the inner ideas and decisions (mostly common sense and Inner awareness) which results in a much higher levels of love, peace and joy in life.
