I went to PAX Prime for the first time last year and I had a lot of fun. I got to demo board games, Cards Against Humanity was there all though I have now heard about the drama with one of the creators, all kinds of games from mobile to console - children to bloody - it was amazing to try everything out and see games that I probably wouldn't know about.

Love LOVE this post. I never put two & two together between life issues and body issues. I was talking to Gwen about wanting to cosplay Poison Ivy but I quickly threw out that I don't have the body to wear it. My first thought went right to my body. Not that "I don't have the skills to make a body suit" or "how would I add all those Ivy" but it was "I don't have the body."

One of my resolutions is to run a 5K race but I need to exercise. When I mentioned it to my friend, her first reaction was "You don't need to lose anymore weight." And I couldn't get out the words that exercise is more then losing weight.

So thank you for this post.

I have yet to see Rise of the Guardians. I don't care for The Santa Clause, not sure why. I finally saw The Holiday and thought it was cute.

I love this list! I am going to check out Geek Girl Brunch & Black Girl Nerds. I adore FGBloggers and IGGPC! I have met so many amazing people because of these groups.

I wonder if we are getting a group in the San Francisco for GGB!
