Unfortunately, leadership is perceived to be supposed to only be responsible for vision, goals, and strategy or -as mentioned in article- leadership is seen as a motivator. Yet, the implementation of vision, goal, and strategy is the very heart of a matter and sine qua non (without which not). The implementation is not an ordinary (non-perceived as a business deal) thing that can be done anyhow, by anyone -conversely that is essence of success. As much as developing strategies and making decisions are perceived as "leader" job, equally important is the implementation of these strategies also requires the concerned leaders to pursue methods and course of actions. Implementing a strategy and converting that is applicable stages are as exceptional analytical, intellectual, and creative process. As a result, leadership is not just to say the inspiring and impressive words, but to have workers do business and get the result.
