Our kids are 19 months apart, and I can relate to this so much. Having one big baby and one little baby is so hard but it makes things easier as well. You don't go out of baby mode. My oldest (6) didn't sleep much on Sunday night. I went Monday with little sleep. All I was thinking was, "Thank goodness I don't have a baby. I am done with the all night thing!" It's so much fun to have them close in age. Although the, "Are they twins?" does get old! Great post! Pinned. Have a lovely weekend :)

So serene! She looks like a pro already!

Our moment comes from a trip to the park. We don't have a sidewalk at the house so the kids soak in any time to ride their tricycles! Have a great weekend :) http://www.thesurlyhousewife.com/2014/07/11/this-...

I have never been to SF but my sister LOVED it and she is much more traveled than I am. I would love to get there someday, mostly so I can eat :) My husband and I would love a weekend getaway sometime in the next few years. SF sounds perfect! Thanks for all the info :)

I don't mind others correcting my children but i think it totally depends on the situation. If my child's safety or they are misbehaving then yeah go ahead. I believe for the most part people are well intentioned and it never hurts for kids to get feedback from other adults. I don't interfere with tantrums however. Every parent has their own way of dealing with them. I think the main thing is having good intentions. If the other adult has good intentions, I'm fine with it. And all parents need to work on not judging. It's so easy to be quick to judge when we all need to be supporting each other. We are all battling the same things!!
