Billy & Betty by "Twiggs Jameson". America's funniest dirty book; contains America's funniest made-up dirty words. Grove Press from the late 1960s I think. Out of print for most of the last 40 years, but it doesn't matter much because every used bookstore has a copy somewhere. (Also, can you guess how "Twiggs Jameson" has never had his identity revealed in all this time?)
