Cool video, Jeri. I love your theme - "Little Joys ~ Small Wonders ~ in my everydayness." I just got a little notepad that says "Take time to appreciate life's little miracles." A little girl is crouching down and watching a butterfly. :)

Yes, all so necessary. Thank you, Jeri, for reminding me. I am trying to learn to be silent as you say... "Let the silence still you when it tugs to say nothing and just be there with Him." Too often my mind keeps racing and doesn't slow down or the negative voices drown out the silence. I want to just be calm and quiet so I can hear His voice. Nature helps to relax my mind and body.

You have reminded me today of the blessing in being forced to "slow flow." I need to appreciate more the "seeing what I might not have if on the move" rather than fretting over what I cannot do because of chronic illness. Thank you so much, Jeri.
