Some great tips. I used to make my Thanksgiving meals all from scratch right down to the 6 different pies. I have learned now to go with some store bought options. If you plan way ahead of time most gatherings can go smoothly. I think the hardest part is getting the whole house clean before even dealing with the meal.

I've been using the CeraVe AM cream with the niacinamide in it for a few months and love it. I was quite surprised that this brand is really affordable. I found the best price on Amazon. I think I will look into the PM creams too. Thanks for the review.

This is total lunacy. If people just eat right and take suppliments because our food supply is so lacking in nutrients that we overeat to get our needed nourishment, they should be fine and who cares if there is an extra pound here and there.
