My friends make fun of me occasionally but I don't think I've ever been maliciously bullied for being a brony. There have been occasional negative comments but I either think of a swift and witty comeback to keep them in thier place, or just ignore them because they're not worth the effort.

Had one irl interaction with a brony once. Went a bit like this.

Her: Hey is that a brony shirt?

Me: Yes.

Her: Who's your favourite pony?

Me: Derpy I guess.

Her: Oh cool I cosplayed as her once.

Me: Ok.

And then she walked away. I am definitely not a people person.

I wear pony shirts almost all the time and I got so tired of answering questions that I now reply to the initial, "is that a my little pony shirt?" With a simple yes and leave it at that.
