Hi Rob, thanks for writing this informative article. I completely agree with you in regards to that the media can make all people involved in a crises look like scoundrels. It's difficult to hide from the media so I guess you just have to embrace it and shape the message if that's possible! Social Media can be very dangerous.

Hi Catarina, Thanks for writing this detailed article. I completely agree with you in regards to disgruntled employees and customers. All it takes is one post on Social media or a forum which can result in company closing down like you mentioned. Like you said it's important to start monitoring SERPs to keep an eye on when your company is mentioned on Social media or forums.

Hi Val! I'm very guilty of procrastination especially using Facebook. If I have Facebook opened then that's it, I won't get any work done! My Mrs always tells me to stop wasting time on Facebook Lol... What I try to do is close all tabs and just open the window that I'm going to work on. I try to log out of Facebook and stay away from it until I've done what needs to be done!
