If you see Zionism as the liberation movement of an oppressed people and accept other liberation movements but not Zionism then it is anti-semitic.
I agree that one can be anti-zionist without being anti-semitic. But I also agree that for most that is not the case.

They think they have now found a way to subvert their interpretation of the law without ever having to admit they have done so. This device is one step further removed from 'lighting a fire' and as such is a valuable tool in their own meshugenah understanding of what Judaism is about.

And the Indians were defending their land against what was a colonial transgression.
That's why they mostly fought with Canada (the British) against the Americans in the War of 1812...to defend their land against fierce aggression from American settlers.
As for Francis Salvador...yawn. Not a very interesting story. He fought against the British for U.S. independence like many others. Ok, so he was Jewish. Anything else of interest about him?
