Okay, I've now made this twice, and it is my *absolutely* favorite sugar free dessert - so easy and sooo sweet and delicious! My only trouble is the presentation - if I serve it frozen, it's too frozen to eat, but when it defrosts enough to be edible, it gets very sloshy and doesn't look as pretty as your photo. A friend of mine suggested making individual pies, so that even if they're juicy, they're each self-contained, which seems like a good idea, but requires me buying lots of little pie pans. Before I go and do that, do you have any suggestions?
