I just came across your blog. I think I was here many years ago but forgot the address. It is a beautiful place and a breath of fresh air! There is so much inspiration here for me; I am just beginning my journey as a Waldorf homeschooler and have much to learn. It is lovely to have people like you out here to help me along the way :)

I also thought that for a moment, but it was clear to me that the woman performing the procedure had a trained and confident hand. She seemed to know perfectly how to maneuver the baby and the water so that the baby could always breathe. It was incredible how much the baby trusted her and how the two worked together in the process. Truly remarkable, I think.

This is an incredibly beautiful video. I had no idea that this goes on in the world; it makes me happy to know that someone, somewhere practices such gentleness on babies.

I am intrigued by this procedure, but am hesitant because it is still so new. I am also uncomfortable with the idea of having foreign materials inside my body--particularly metals. Still, it seems like a good alternative to tubal ligation.
