The Libs have introduced TWO words into this week's discussion... hostage, and extreme. Count how many of them say them..use them or repeat them over and over and over...The problem they have however is there are too many who KNOW we are neither extreme, nor are we holding anything hostage. When someone tries to convince me that I do not see what I am clearly seeing...that I am doing something I am CLEARLY not doing...or that I believe something I clearly do not believe...the problem is NOT with me, but with the IDIOTS who are making those false claims.

You may be right...It looks as if he may have missed the tag...the angle the Ump had was better than the one the final replay shows, but the glove does not appear to have been in a position for the tag...there must be more angles and a slower replay..I have clicked on off on off on off to slow it down more and I do not see the tag..

"Siamese Twin Kills brother because he has bad breath" The irrelevance of these news magazines, turned tabloid, have the same audience, but in a grocery store with SELF Check out lines. Bill Whittle is one of the great communicators in our society today. His ability to define the problem and offer the simplest of solutions is incredible. Guys like Bill get it, and can communicate so well that the left should fear him. What I don't understand is why he is not in some HIGH PROFILE position where we can hear this kind of logical and reasonable analysis in large doses. When I think of the pathetic people in the media like Geraldo, Anderson Cooper or Fareed Zakaria... or a slew of "talking heads" on Fox, CNN, ABC or CBS ...I wonder how a guy like Whittle has not found a place to voice his rational thots and ideas.

I wonder what Herman Cain will do by way of leadership that will address the conflict between traditional marriage types and the gay rights types...I suppose he wants to be President over ALL in America...after all he said he believes in the Bible, and it states that there is not a just man on earth that "does not sin"... I suppose he will try to be inclusive and listen to opposing views, even tho he can not agree with everyone. Maybe it didn't occur to Palin but it was not the MSM who attacked Newt but the conservatives like her, Levin, Rush, Krauthammer, BENNETT and a host of others on the right who turned his words about "NO DIALOUGE" with the left ... into an attack on Ryan. I love Palin, but I will not be supporting her in the primaries. I think we need someone with her ideas AND the ability to convey those ideas to not only conservative supporters but ALSO to those moderates and right leaning Democrats who do NOT hold our views...she does not have that ability...

I would not vote for Newt, but his comments were not as horrific as they are being made out to be by our CONSERVATIVE press. In their total context they do NOT undercut Ryan, and to say they do is just more fodder for the left. With his Climate positions, his moral failures and his history since leaving the house, there is enough to disqualify him without manufacturing a boogie man. Newt probably did only ONE thing I find admirable. He was a speaker who balanced the budget...besides Newt who else has done that? I doubt that ONE qualification will carry him far. I am for having as many voices as POSSIBLE at this stage of the nominating process not less as so many here seem to want. The only ones demanding Newt get out are those who are trying to make hay for their particular candidate. I would like to see him in the debates...he may just have ideas worth hearing even if HE is not our man. I agree with one thing Newt says...the Right should be more open and honest than the Left.
