Awesome post! It can definitely be hard to get back into the workout groove after taking a break but, once I get going, I never regret it! Scheduling my workouts is key for me since I'm usually pretty busy. You just have to make exercise a priority!

That pineapple salsa is my favorite! It's so refreshing.
And I've actually thought about trying Bob Harper's workout DVD's. He teaches spin at my gym and his class literally leaves me DEAD. But, it's amazing! It would be nice to have someone push me like that, even on days when I can't make it over to the gym!
