This is so true, the same thing happens to me! Since I skate during public sessions, I had gotten used to practicing my jumps in a small circle and I never want to skate too fast for fear of running someone over... It was only when we started rehearsing for the show and I had plenty of ice to myself that I realized this and started trying to jump at faster speeds too. Btw I just noticed your "grab my button" so I grabbed it LOL!

Hi Eva, your blog is so beautiful!! My 2 favorite things: figure skating and cupcakes!! LOL.. I know what you mean when you don't skate for a little while and everything feels off, but you are amazing, I hope someday soon I can be working on axels too!
