Thanks for this post Jeann! Sometimes I really need reminders like this because I feel like there is a lot of pressure that can come with blogging, especially with ARCs. Honestly, I'm not a fan of ARCs because of that feeling of pressure. I think I was a happier reader when I just read whatever I wanted whenever I wanted too, rather than trying to force a tbr list :/

Glad to hear you enjoyed this one Jeann! I actually went to a signing for this book a couple days ago. Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner are SO FUNNY in person! They told the funniest stories and I'm so glad I was able to meet them. I can't wait to read Their Fractured Light and finish this series :)

Awesome book haul! I just finished Reawakened and really enjoyed it :)
I love how you organized your bookshelf by color! The white shelf is so cool :D Your bookstagram tags are crazy. I wish you the best of luck in handling that lol.

I've only read ACOTAR by Sarah J. Maas but I plan to start the Throne of Glass series very soon. I just have 2 other books on my tbr shelf to get through first before starting that one :D The hype surrounding that series is crazy and I'm nervous/excited to start the series haha.

I loved Lisa Kleypas's series The Hathaways! I think Married By Morning was my favorite in the series. Lisa Kleypas was one of my favorite historical romance writers :) Great list!

I wear contacts but have a pair of glasses for the weekend when I don't feel like wearing contacts. I bought my glasses quite a few years ago so I don't remember what it was like buying them. I just keep the same pair of glasses because the decision of buying a new pair would be too hard! There are too many choices :/

Reawakened is the book I'm going to read next on my tbr shelf! I've heard some good things about it, so hopefully it's good :)

Ratings are important to me when I consider a book, but one person's rating won't decide whether or not I'll read the book. Seeing one 3 star rating probably won't deter me from a book, BUT if I see a lot of my blogger friends giving the book 3 stars and feeling meh/negative, then I'm more likely to not read the book.

A big decider for me sometimes too is the average goodreads rating. I tend to skip over books with an average rating below 3.8 stars. Not always, but I'd rather focus on books that I have a higher chance of liking because of my growing tbr shelf :)

Morpheus was my favorite character in this series. He is definitely the most interesting of the 3 main characters. I liked Alyssa less and less as the series went on. The last book is literally just her going back and forth between the two guys. drove me crazy -__- Splintered shows scenes of Wonderland that make you think for a second this could be an interesting series, but then the love triangle rears its ugly head again and again and again :/
The ending to this series just pissed me off. I feel you are not missing out lol.

You're not alone in your dislike of Splintered. That whole series went downhill fast for me. Hated the last book. The love triangle just consumes everything.
Not sure if I want to see the Batman vs Superman movie. Wonder Woman did look cool, but I really didn't like the last Superman movie that came out. It was ridiculous. :P
