Status: Won't talk about politics

I'm a freelance artist who specializes in making dolls and plushies. Most of my business is done online. It's not exactly a secret that I'm a conservative--I even have a list of people and things I admire on my webpage that includes Sarah Palin--but I dislike arguing about politics unless someone makes a comment that I just can't let slide. This does happen on occasion because my webpage is hosted on a social networking site for artists, a lot of whom are definitely liberal, atheist, and definitely obnoxious about it. I don't think it's impacted my orders because my work speaks for itself--one of my pieces was even featured as a site-wide daily staff pick, but among the other artists who know me I'm definitely known as "that tea-bagger" who doesn't quite fit in.
