I just started loving beets and am definitely going to check out the recipe! Yummy looking eats - you can never go wrong with an easy tuna salad. I love mashing it with avocado.

I need to incorporate some of these stretches for sure! My knees hate running (oops) and my right one flares up (prepatella bursitis). Cycling has been helpful but I pedal with my toes facing slightly outwards. I have also found swimming to be working wonders! Thanks for this.

The intro to this post was exactly what I needed today - thank you. I have been loving coconut water post-workout. It's not as delicious as some other coconut-y things... but it certainly does the trick.
