I have a somewhat unique situation and I"m using Thesis Classic Responsive theme on Wordpress.

And here is the code I'm using in the header widget to obtain what I have so far:

My question is this: Do I need to go into the menu in the custom css and edit the menu so the header widget will overlay the menu at the far right there? This seems so simple and yet I'm struggling. It seems like it would have been a snap using the z index.

I grew up working; sometimes very hard work at times. But I am extremely thankful for that! My parents taught me so many skills and how to take care of myself as well as others around me.
I can see the entitlement issues all around me now. It's hard to find someone to hire that you know will do a good job and really put their heart and soul into the job. So many would rather play around on their phone or text or even do Facebook during work hours. =/ I am in the position where I feel that if I'm on the job, personal time should never enter the picture except "break" time. Personal time can come after work is over :)
