Americans and kiwis are by far friendlier and more positive then Brits and Finns. N.Z. and Finland no doubt have the better healthcare systems. Americans and Brits have a much better sense of humor then continentals. Europeans are far more uptight and arrogant, just because you run around naked dosent make you enlightened. Also Europeans are defensive, self rightious, earnest, and grim for the most part. Ameicans and kiwis have enough self confidence to laugh things off and not give a rats ass what others think.
