Appetizer: lemon yoghurt, raw carrots, sea salt and a whole pineapple
Main: pickled eggs, lake trout, barley and apple cider vinegar
Dessert: dark chocolate, smoked salmon, seaweed and dandelion greens

I hate the shows where they have to butcher something that was alive in the basket. Some of them really mangle the poor thing before it finally dies and is out of it's misery. I'm not on team PETA but that is hard to watch.

I enjoyed this Chopped. I think Jun is going to be a challenge for the final Chopped challenge. I hope I manage to watch it. As for Elise, she seems to be unable to control her mouth. Maybe she just wants to make sure she is remembered for something.

Anyway, I looked Jun up online. He has his own show on the UK Food Network. He seems to be doing a lot, no wonder he was a good challenger for the show tonight. Maybe they will get into an International Chopped show. I think there have been a few Canadians on the show. Seems I remember an Australian too.

Someone spammed this link to me. I don't know who she is and have never heard her music. I'd never buy her CD with that photo on it. Too bad she didn't use the one sitting at the piano. In that one she looked like someone who knows something about music. The other one I just wonder if she had a migraine or thought men would at least buy her CD for the photo of a woman sprawled on a bed wearing just a scarf. Why do people think a woman should have a slutty looking photo to sell her CD? I don't see men selling themselves that way. It doesn't give the impression that she has anything to say with her music. Just a lot of mush or stuff about losing her boyfriend and needing another man. No doubt I'm offending Melody's fans but likely it was a fan that sent me the spam, which I didn't appreciate, so I'm here giving my honest opinion.

I haven't started yet. I'll have to come from behind and catch up this long weekend.

I'm dreaming of tulips and daffodils too. The daffodils are already blooming a bit in the front yard. Tulips have leaves poking up. They won't make a great show this year. I should have dug them up and thinned them out last summer.
