I could live on a boat, a small boat with room for sleeping, along with a handsome captain. We could cruise in warm tropical places all year long. I don't care for cruise ships. Sorry about the colds.

Seniors helping seniors, huh? It might work. My mom is in her home. She helps a few friends in assisted living and in nursing homes who are not able to live on their home. That's nice, too, isn't it? She also eats out with retired friends often. Life can be fun at whatever age you are.

I love the Ford trucks. Very nice. I think I remember something similar when visiting Detroit as a child. Enjoy your vacation days.

I love having my family together, and that includes people who have become family to me through long association, not just by blood. One day, not in this world I imagine, I want all of my dear friends from different parts of the globe to meet one another. That would be grand!!!!!

Your grands sound adorable. Life doesn't always award us helicopters, I suppose.

Southern woods are made for long walks in wintertime. Lovely.

With the weather patterns changing in the world, the South gets more snow as precip now usually accompanies the occasional cold snap. When I was little, snow was virtually unheard of in New Orleans. Now, we get it probably ever 5 years or so. That's why the governments do not have plans or budgets for snow and sleet, as they used to be once-in-a-gneration events.

I love the imagery. That's a great idea to try. Our weather has been unseasonably cold or wet for months on end. I don't have many pictures to work with. Definitely, I will try out Collage.com

Enjoy the mild winter days. Soon, far too soon, the incredibly humid, hot days of the southeastern region of the US will descend on you like a suffocating blanket. Personally, I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio, by the poolside, wearing snowflake shorts and a cotton lunging shirt. I like mild winter weather.
