I was given an amazing recipe card from my local health food store for Chia and Carob muffins - that's what I would make :)

We are about to take the kids out of daycare and I will go back to being a sahm.
The attitude I am getting at the moment isn't worth it and so, I'll enjoy them a little longer.

I think it's amazing that you did anything considering how crazy your house must have been.
I wish it would stop raining here. I love the gym, but I'd like to run in the fresh air <3

Lately, with opening my own business, working 3 days a week elsewhere, having a 3.5 year old, a 22 month old and a 25 year old (okay, so at least he can help a little) and signing up to do a 10 week body transformation I feel like a crazy zombie woman and that maybe something needs to give because I am so busy, but there is nothing I want to give up.
Something that suffers is my exercise because like you, those are the creche opening hours and it is horrible to get there on time and you have to ring up in the morning and book them in on the day!
It would be great to be able to get out and about with both of them, put one on his bike and the other in BOB. It would mean going for a walk is actually exercise :)

I do weights every day and I feel SO good for it.
I have different days, legs, back and bi's chest and tri's.
And then abs every day to go with those and cardio.

You look amazing.
I remember reading the blog where you were like Yayyyy!! Managed to do 5km and now look at you :)

Exercising with Pat is a super challenge.
He likes to "help" me by correcting everything I'm doing and I struggle not to "help" him by telling him to fuck off.
I DO recognise that it makes him feel important and manly though, so I let him (kind of)
