I remember really liking Dash/Lily and Let it Snow! Both are perfect winter time books. I've also heard a lot about Me, Earl, and the Dying Girl, so I hope you end up enjoying it.

THE RULES FOR BREAKING. I'm genuinely upset that I forgot to add that one to my list. AH. Such an incredible first book. Great list!

The 5th Wave!! I've heard so much about this book, but I don't actually know what t's about. I'm hoping to snag a copy soon, so hearing that you loved it enough to purchase a hardcover makes me excited!

The Distance Between Us! I just read Pivot Point, and I absolutely adored it, so I cannot wait to read this one! Kasie West is a great author, so I hope you end up enjoying it!

And then Taste The Heat and This Girl! I really want to read both of them, so I hope you enjoy them!

THIS IS MY LIFE.

I have a little checklist that I make people go over before giving it to them - I'm a freak about my books, and not in a good way. After a friend accidentally ripped a page in my copy of Anna - we had a lonnnnng discussion. I do basically all of the same things as you!

1. Do not let people borrow books with dust jackets, if they want to look at the cover they can go to Goodreads(which I tell them)
2. Bookmarks are provided, so they have no excuse to dog ear.
3. Do not eat by the books or put it in a bag where food can leak (same friend, a bowl of pesto, and Where She went) - not a good combination.

Great post!! I really only let one friend borrow my books, because she's the only one in my group who enjoys reading and she knows all my weird habits by now.

I really need to read all of the Mara Dyer books! I've heard such great things about them, but have never gotten around to reading them.

HAHA! I love that you admit that Adrian is part of why you're going to keep buying these books. (in all honesty, it's the majority of my motivation too) This one was actually my favorite in the series, but I was really disappointed in the Marcus Finch storyline. I mean - the guy was on the cover! Why not play a bigger role.
