IMO, you should have a firearm loaded, unlocked and on your hip. But again, that is just my opinion. *Edit* Your primary firearm should be on your hip, any firearms that are not essential to home defense or personal defense, should be unloaded and locked in a safe. Even the ones that are loaded for defending yourself, should be out of reach from kids (locked room) with the key always with you.

You can go into a restaurant that sells alcohol, and purchase/consume alcohol while armed. You just cannot go into the portion that is restricted to individuals under 21 years old (the bar).

Hey, I've got a grand idea for a tax. We'll start our own agency like the EPA, we'll conduct studies and determine that the air quality above cities inhabited by Liberals is dangerous, and that we need to tax the people and companies in that city to generate funds to be able to clean the air. Then, we'll pocket 25%, spend 50% on vacations, parties and dinners, and then put 24% towards brainstorming on how to clean the air, and 1% towards education.... Sound familiar to anyone!?...
