Nourished Fitness : "Normal"

Since I have discovered healthy food blogs, I have run into lots of competion dieters. Just like general restrictive dieting (which I am all too familiar with) there is a backlash of cravings. There was a study done during WII that may interest you. Basically men volunteered for an experimant in which they were starved and the results after months of starving then giving adequate food portions were documented. It is extremely hard to gauge hugner after restricting. IT took me years!!

I was always better than my peers at parallel parking in HS...but I haven't advanced beyond that. Plus I MIGHT have hit my mailbox backing out of the driveway yesterday ;)

I grew up in Illinois and I HATED when my mom made me wear a coat over my Halloween costume! I love the change of seasons but I hate to be cold. I hope to eventually move to a place at least a little warmer. Illinois to Ohio was a step back as far as warm weather goes lol

I used to freak if the recipe didn't list macros. If it just listed number of servings I wouldn't give the recipe a try. With raw food, I feel so much more able to self-regulate and listen to my body

http://www.loveveggiesandyoga.com/ : Hair Salon & Hairstyles, Reading Labels, Mislabeled Foods, Exotic or Unusual Foods You\'ve Tried

My mom owns her own salon and has since I was 2 years old. She didn't let me get my hair cut (more than a trim) until I was 8. I sat on it accidentally...a lot. It was curled with "benders" for pageants and dance recitals. When I was finally allowed to have it cut up to about 4 inches below my shoulders it was a BIG deal. I had a bob within a year lol. I love long hair now though. I don't think I will even trim Snuffy's til I have too. I WILL NOT have it growing past her butt though... it was too much of a pain in the ...well...butt for me ;) You and Sylar both look fab

http://www.loveveggiesandyoga.com/ : Mailbox Surprises, Kids & Eating Veggies, Is it Healthy to Not Eat Veggies?, Weekend Traditions

1. I can't wait for your "get healthy go vegan review" 2. I love your quote, "I'm not in a rut, I 'm in a groove" 3. I think sneaking veggies into kids' food is doing more harm then good. We must lead by example. My SIL eats crap and feeds her daughter what she thinks is "healthy" most of the time accompanied by bi-weekly happy meals. RIDICULOUS. I realize not everyone is Super Mama Averie but come on people!
