Wheres the Beach : Honesty, Running and Cathe's Yoga Max

I am sure it is hard. Even though I haven't been in your shoes, my sister going through something similar though I realize how tough it is. She goes through the same feelings and will have her days of crying. She even goes back to the day she had her injury which has playing tennis. One day she just said that she wished she had never done that cause she wouldn't have gone through all that. But you just don't know. It is ok to have bad days and tears. Just listen to you and your body. And things will get better soon. Wish I could send you a big hug!

Starting over with running is tough! I went for doing a half to barely being able to run a mile. I am slowly working it back in though. You will have your speed back in no time! :)

Doctors are the worst!!! Well it sounds like receptionists in this case. My sister had to go off the pill with her blood clot too. She has a really difficult time so it was hard. You are doing great though!! :)
