Most marriage books heavily describe how to submit or obey rather than how to have a healthy marriage where you are both honored and treated with dignity. Each spouse puts the other first. Selfless love on the part of the man is what causes the woman to trust so she relies on him to lead as he is led by Jesus.

I should try new recipes like this. I'm in a rut, always making stuff that the kids like. Then my husband thinks our food is boring. So I should make more dishes that are new.

Many times I've gone through fog in my life, and I've clung to Christ. Eventually the fog does lift, and my walk with God is now stronger than it was before the fog.
