WOW - what an amazing offer. I love the instruction cards and tutorials. I love the choices you picked. Even if I don't win, I will make these cookies with my granddaughters via FaceTime. I will contact my daughter-in-law to see if she has any of the needed supplies. If not, I am grateful for the coupon.

Thanks for these suggestions. I just found your blog today through the 31 Days of writing. I am very interested in children's music (for my job and as a new grandma). So I will surely be coming back to see what else you've written on this topic.

I know that I have a harder time finishing those huge long-term projects. So with this idea in mind I am brainstorming how I can have a private "elephant party" so that I can get more done at one time. Thanks for the different angle to view these types of projects.

I am sure missing out by not having a phone that has apps. I know I am in the dark ages.
But I can still play board games. I'd like to also be entered into the board game drawing.
Thanks for sharing this review and opportunity with us, Catherine.

I checked out your link for Great Wolf Lodge. Oh, what fun! Sure wish there was something like that near me. And double the fun since you all enjoy spending time together. :)

The Dabble game looks fun too. I am into fast games as well. I don't have a phone that supports apps, (I know I am in the dark ages.) But the board game looks fun.

LOVE the Easter bonnets. I've never made one, but hope to do so some day.

Have a blessed Easter week.

How scary to be so ill you had to go to the hospital. So glad you recovered quickly with the IV's. And what the IV's didn't help with, lots of rest did!

Spring days with warm temps (mid 70"s) are my favourite kind of days. I hope you find a crocus this week. They are such a special flower.

Your boys are progressing so nicely in their martial arts and school work. You must be very proud of them. What cuties they are and the surely look like brothers,

I loved your fff's. The way you wrote them made me "see" what you were talking about, Catherine, and so I had an emotional reaction to each one. :)
1. wonderful birdie and banner. 2.heart warming esp since my brother and I do not connect at all anymore (despite being buddies in our younger years). 3. Proud of your boys too and you for standing/allowing the mess before it became project! 4. Excited about participating in the Lenten meme, even if I don't post my "answers." 5.LOVE how you and your husband support one another in your passions!

Your cartoons made me smile and added to your fff's.

I wasn't able to attend an Ash Wednesday service bit have been doing a daily Lenten devotional. Only 4 days in but I have been learning about my relationship with God. On my fff post I talked about 40, a 14 episode Lenten allegory (no longer than 10 minutes each). Have you heard about it?

Hurray for chivalrous sons and husbands who do diy jobs or "blue" jobs (as opposed to pink jobs) as I sometimes call them.

Ouch. have you been snooping on my life, Lisa? I am a terrible multi-tasker at the expense of fully attending to people.
Pursuing the ONE thing at a time is a wise idea.

I will have to see if I'll do that during Lent. I know I am late, but I still haven't decided what to do fully. I need to sit down tomorrow and deeply think about this one thing. Thanks, Lisa.

I enjoyed reading this post and the perspective it gave me about the importance of praying out loud with other women. I am not comfortable praying outloud, but I press on because I believe in the power of prayer. This post reminds me that my praying out loud can bless someone.

I can relate to all you wrote but most especially the way most women can pray more empathetically. I've been in situations where the praying woman is able to put voice to thoughts the one being prayed for because the praying woman had been in a similar situation. Such a connecting, healing type of prayer.
