I'm assuming this also works the other way around: Nook books to a Kindle? I need to give it a whirl. I was a Nook user (I've had three!), but with the goings on at B&N lately, I got a little worried so I switched to the Kindle Paperwhite. No regrets! I love it a lot, but I don't want to lose all my Nookbooks either.

Thanks for hosting a challenge! I still have so much to get through, but I am looking forward to reading more Christmas historicals. :)

I sometimes go long periods without finishing anything and I realize it is because I'm just not into what I'm reading. Or it's burnout...or both!

I also want to see Frozen, I feel like I'm the last person on the planet who hasn't seen it yet.

Good luck with the new job!

I will have to check these books out, because I haven't heard of them, but I hope you heal quickly! But holiday books are the best to get lost in, so have fun!

Self-published authors are not the same thing as a "self-published reviewer." Your writing is your job and whether an author is self-published or not, they should still consider themselves professionals, and conduct themselves in such a manner. They do themselves a disservice if they don't.

Bloggers review books for the love of reading, and discussing that with like-minded individuals. We don't review for YOU, we review for us. It's a side "perk" that your book might happen to benefit from it with extra publicity.

I expect an author, self-published or professionally published, to respond to reviews and bloggers with integrity.

Not only that, but WHOIS has her complete address and phone number listed. What a donkey she is if those are real!
