we have a down syndrome nephew, 30 going on 5, who currently gets lots of services where we live (program where a taxi even picks him up and drops him home free and activities for such "kids"). Do you know of such services anywhere around there?

Fact: o'bama said he wanted to "fundamentally change" (destroy) the USA.
The purpose of that would be so a fascist New World Order (likely run by him through the UN) would take over (but after a few billion die because it's easier to rule fewer SLAVES than more slaves.
