It'a good to see Arata once again. For some reason I always treat Arata as this rock who sits by himself in the corner, since he doesn't seem to have many friends other than his senpais at his Karuta society. There's a fundamental difference between the way that Arata interacts with people and the way that Chihaya and Taichi does - I feel that Arata is a bit too independent. He needs to rely on people more. He's so naive when it comes to the friendship and social aspect of life! That's part of his appeal, I guess.
I've read the comments above and right now, I would have to say that it's more likely that Chihaya gets matched up against Arata (not in this high school tournament, but maybe the other ones). I'm hoping that Taichi could win B-class in this tournament and rise to A, where Arata and Chihaya are. He needs that in order for Chihaya to see eye to eye with him.
Arata's probably going to play, somehow, in the individual tournament, and I think Chihaya's team will help him, in some way, with that coming at the expense of Taichi's heart breaking (again). Can't wait to see the next episode!

I wouldn't have been able to choose between Homura and Kurisu if I had to. Then I would have Rin and Ringo, as well, as a close third and forth. Great list!

Great picks! Though personally I would have ranked the Steins;gate moment over Mami getting beheaded because I'm a sucker for romantic moments and that I thought there was more buildup to it. The two weren't far off each other.
Usagi Drop had quite a lot of great moments, though the first one that comes to mind for me would be the 'Daikichi should just remain Daikichi' moment and the end of the age-tree episode, though the latter was just Daikichi's monologue.

Everything is so pretty. The manga artist for pandora hearts is crazy awesome - the art has so much precision and is so clean. Especially how he (she?) draws those eyes...It's amazing...
I have completely fallen in love with this post and the pictures in it. Excuse me while I bookmark this page so i can stare at this every until I somehow manifest it out of thin air...

Well said,
i can't handle those blushing moments either - that just make her go way out of character...well at least for the earlier parts.
It seems like a good series soo far, but for me i feel as if the seiyuu for Misaki doesn't capture her "angry-boy-hating-mood-swings" side enough :S
