Very timely advice - thank you. I have been thinking about the Gaggeanu oven with the baking stone option - for pizzas and sourdough bread that I bake every week. Sounds like I should check out the wolf ovens instead.

Wow they look gorgeous...and you make it look so easy in that video!! I am sure it can't really be so easy to get something so perfect looking!
