Oh, we could totally chat about this book. I'm right there with you! The writing, the setting, the family - those elements were all great. But I felt like *nothing* happened for so much of the book, AND (as you said) some things were just weak plot devices. And yes, Nic and Viv was my least favorite storyline! The way everything played out with that storyline was just sad and depressing. Basically, you are not alone on this one. AGREE.

Oh you and Kelly both liked this one so now I'm intrigued! The cover doesn't really make me want to read it, but you've made me curious! I think I've seen this one at my library - I'll definitely grab it next time I'm there.

Girl, I reallllly love this feature! The little soundbites are so appealing - and it made me MORE excited to read the books already on my list and actually added a few to my TBR, too. I really hope you keep this up!

Well, I think you know where my vote is going. Seriously, soooo good it! Betty gave it TOP SHELF, Cassie gave it 5 stars, Mandee gave it 5 paws, Lauren gave it 4.5 stars, Maggie gave it 4.25 stars, Sasha gave it 4 stars, Rachel gave it 4 stars... Okay, I'll stop there. But you can't deny that was very convincing :)

I will also say that Cassie loves Tell the Wolves I'm Home and keeps trying to push it on me. So, she would probably tell you to pick up that book - and it's getting lots of votes in the comments, too.

I JUST WANT TO HUG THIS POST TO DEATH. Seriously.

First, it was a game to see if I could guess what book boy matched each date.
Second, it was a total trip down memory lane to think back on all those swoony fellas.
Third, it made me want to RE-READ THE CRAP OUT OF THESE BOOKS.
Fourth, I should probably read Also Known As and Shadow and Bone, huh?
