Today it is pretty much Freud who has come to end by post-Feminists, Cognitive Behaviorial Therapy disciples among others while Religion, of one sort or another, is very much still here today.

Nothing. As a propagandist he ignores them. More importantly, Catholic or Protestant hierarchy were motivated more out of political expediency than ideological commitment because they feared, above anything else, the "evil Commies." They saw Nazism and Fascism as a bulwark against its spread.
