I, too, am familiar with these struggles and the toll they can take physically. I also remember having countless conversations with myself about how things could be so much worse, about how others have more real problems than I, and about how life couldn't be easy--if it was, how would we grow, change, learn what we need to learn? After a few too many of those conversations over the course of (too many) years, it finally occurred to me that, while those things are true, my story matters, too. By engaging in those comparatives, I was discounting the worth of my experiences and my story.
No matter what's going on, be it awful or wonderful or somewhere in between, remember that your story matters.

Keep in mind everything you've learned, savor the good moments because they do multiply, and keep charging forward. You're doing well really -- your energy and business success are proof of that! :)
Best to you!

I like the others, too, though I wonder if the other wide wraparound is really workable for all the varied sizes of envelopes out there in the world. :)
