Well I'm definitely not cool enough to get review copies from publishers and such, but I have a lot of books I have to read for school. What I tend to do is put a sticky note with the date I have to read the book by on each book. Then I sort them into a pile based on the dates. For netgalley books I just try to read them about a month before release and then write my review up and have it scheduled for near release date. Hope any of this helps!

I love this challenge :) I'm already on Stage 3, and I feel super accomplished! I've tended to save up some "reward" buys though, so I can get multiples at a time haha. Thanks for starting this!
