Listverse : Top 10 Best Written Anime

Thankfully, you didn't include the overrated stuff like Naruto, Bleach, and Shugo Chara. I was, however, upset to note the lack of YuYu Hakusho on this list.

Who put Nirvana as #1? Because they're on my Public Enemy List. Jk, but seriously. Nirvana is amazing. They should be replaced by Led Zeppelin or The Beatles. (Bring on the thumbs-downs, amigos.)

All I know is that it would stink to go down in history as the man who died by throwing himself into a volcano or tripping on skirts. Even so, that last one's got to hurt if you bang your head on a pointy object.

Empedocles and his little volcano stint is just the epitome of stupidity. I don't care WHAT the rumors going around were at the time. Pyrrhus of Egypt got hit with a tile that an old lady hit? Sure, it's a dishonorable death, but that's got to hurt...Eleazar Maccabeus killing the elephant is just karma. You kill an elephant, you kill yourself. Emperor Valerian being used as a footstool, then being skinned? People did that back then? Humphrey de Bohun's little blade-up-the-behind death seems crazy, but imagine that happening to you. Hemmorhoids hurt enough as they are...King Edward II and his royal coolie was because of his "special friends"? I guess killing in the name of revenge is applicable in real life, too...Humayun tripping over skirts? Leave the skirts to the ladies, pal. Arthur Aston. All I've got to say about this poor man with his wooden leg? It sucks to be him. Julien Offray de La Mettrie performed cannibalism...on himself? Is there a term for that? Finally, Bando Mitsugoro VII is an example of what I call a doofus. I guess the first and the last people on the list were very stupid.

Ahh, such a pessimistic list. I think candy hearts taste delicious, though. And I believe in eternal life. (; Anyway, I think Valentine's Day is a stupid holiday, but not because I'm single every time. I think that you should show love every day of the year. Love shouldn't be limited to one day per year. If you really love someone, you should show that every day of every month of every year of every decade of every...
