Oh wow! I don't believe it--i just did a post on a skinny mojito too! How funny! Great minds think alike. Mine is called the Sexy Mama Mojito in honor of Mother's Day. I used a Cruzan Coconut rum and seltzer water instead of simple syrup. I'll have to try your 7-up recipe. Sounds very refreshing!!

Great post! I would've never thought to try it with a frittata. good idea! I love what you said about not being perfect or being fancy and how we need to remind ourselves that none of us are. Why do we keep putting all this pressure on ourselves? lol I feel like drinking wine with dinner helps us savor the food and take time to smell the roses even with the kids running from the table. Soo cute! And thanks for the tip about getting cheap whisks at the dollar store. My 4 year old is obsessed with pipe cleaner activities. I'm totally going to do this with her this week. And these flowers are a great lightweight gift to mail to Grandma!
