N2Growth Blog : Top 30 Leadership Blogs 2010

OK, I'd swear that I thanked you for this here before but... So I'm taking advice from Wally Bock's mom who said we should write three thank you notes every day. Wally challenged us to do that on Weekly Leader Podcast Episode 72! So, on behalf of the entire Weekly Leader Team, thank you for including us on your list which is an amazing leadership resource. We are proud yet humbled by inclusion. Thanks also for all of your generous leadership sharing here every day. You are my leadership daily must read! Fair Winds, Peter A.
N2Growth Blog : The Problem With Coaching

Call it what you will, but in the end, they are only words. Results matter. It's really about "leadership," another word nearly impossible to define, and "helping" which is something a little more easily understood. Help leaders (individuals and organizations) be more effective and get results. The rest is splitting hairs. :) IMHO.

Here's a link to a post I run each year at this time to make sure that I never forget the tragedy and heroism that took place on September 11, 2001. "Hard to Believe But Impossible to Forget" http://sea-fever.org/2007/09/11/hard-to-believe-b...
