Next time I'm in a coffee shop and order a latte I'll ask the barista to "hold the frog cum." If she laughs I'll know she reads your strip.

I just wanted to say, the color pallets being employed through this arc are really, really damned impressive. They support both setting and mood of the progressing story exquisitely.

It's never any one thing, right? Talking with Marek about Hannah, the cigarette, and no one's mentioned that Jane and Eve seem to be warming up to each other, but I'll bet Mar noticed.

Heh. Back in the '90s at Interplay I worked on a desktop computer game, "Fartman." It didn't sell as well as we expected. I guess this younger generation is more into flatulence.

First: "In fact, telecoms collected around $200 billion in excess rates in return for a promised fiber-optic buildout they never delivered on. ... Then they just pocketed the money and never built the infrastructure."
And then: "In fact fiber-optic construction is down about 60% now, and prices are exorbitant. "
How can fiber-optic construction be "down about 60%" if it never happened? This seems contradictory.

I do recall during my last couple of years in Cheyenne, WY (2010-2012) that my service provider (
Comcast) announced a new fiber-optic upgrade to the system in our area and my speed got a 5x boost. Was that part of the construction that never happened?

Yes, the colors really add another dimension to the strip, especially this one. You are most certainly a master of the craft, Mer.

What in the hell is wrong with these idiots?

And in the first photo, the two cops to the right are pointing their assault rifles (!) not at the "suspect" but towards the camera and off to the right. What the heck are they aiming at? Are they worried about snipers?
