UZAZU has changed my life. Basically, doing UZAZU wires up your Mind-Body Connection to be fully communicating in both directions, so that your mind informs your body, and, more importantly for most of us, that your body informs your mind. There's so much information and wisdom in our bodies, waiting to be heard, wanting to be heard... UZAZU opens that channel in a way that nothing else I've ever seen can do.
