http://makingsenseofcents.com/ : What do you think of No Spend Days?

I could certainly use a few more 'no spend days' in my schedule! My issue is that I often have no spend days but then overspend on the weekend.. My recent post Boomers versus Millennials: Are they right about us?

It's tough building up a Twitter following for a blog! I'm not sure how others are doing it, but I'm currently stuck in the low 200s. Any help is appreciated!
Great budget! It's sometimes easy to forget some of the smaller costs that really add up in the end, but you had it all in there. Best of luck!
http://makingsenseofcents.com/ : Buying Too Much House

Sheesh. Sometimes I feel like I'm 'renting' too much house.. I think Dave Ramsey's 'Act your wage' quote sums up the overall sentiment here. Buy a house that fits your income! My recent post How I paid off my student debt

Right on! A graduate degree is definitely an investment, but it should set you up for success - at least that's what I'm hoping with my MBA aspirations. It looks like you've done your homework too. Good luck!

Love it - nice job, Andrea! Goal-setting is the key to financial success. I've written about some goals on my blog, but I think I need to add the visual to keep me honest. Keep up the good work!

Well-Heeled, With a Mission : GMAT Prep Now Course Giveaway

I wrote the GMAT last week, and didn't do nearly as well as I'd like.. This would be an amazing addition to my studying repertoire (in addition to studying away from the distractions of home). Great contest!

Nickel by Nickel : If I had a million dollars, one year later.

I love these posts - I'll have to do one of my own! With $100,000, I'd top up my emergency fund ($10,000), invest $10,000, put $50,000 towards a downpayment, throw $10,000 into my retirement plan, take a month-long trip to south-east Asia with my girlfriend ($10,000 or less), and help out some struggling friends and family with the rest. Dare to dream, right?

Oh to have an expendable $100,000... I'd for sure top up my $10,000 Emergency Fund, pump up my retirement savings, help my laid-off brother get back on his feet, and finish up my parent's mortgage so they could retire. Oh, and just so I don't get into trouble, I would definitely take my girlfriend on a long trip through southeast Asia. Dare to dream!

Well-Heeled, With a Mission : Our Biggest Money Fight

Great post (and even better drawing)! I'm not married yet, but my girlfriend and I are actively pushing each other to not only save money on eating out, but on being more healthy. We even created a contest to keep us on track: http://savingfromscratch.com/how-to-get-healthy-a...

Well-Heeled, With a Mission : Looking Ahead... At Student Loans

Great post! I'm looking into an MBA myself, although it's quite a bit cheaper in Canada. With that being said, some of the programs are upwards of $70,000, which is no small chunk of change. I'm writing the GMAT in three weeks, so we'll see what happens at that point. I love your ambitious goal-setting - I'm hoping to do the same thing in my repayment plan. Best of luck!
