Sometimes, I feel that Nina is a real character and lives around you because you fill each scene of her life with such nice detailing and relatable characterization. Loved it! :)

I'm not a great fan of spooky stories but this kept me engaged till the very last. Thank god! I survived a heart attack by inches there.One more para here and there, and I'd be a gone case. :P Loved your narration, as always! :)

Such a beautifully written piece, Dee! Reminded me of the neighborhood Doc Uncle who used to give me chocolates before doing the check-ups. Maybe, because I was a healthy kid with chubby cheeks. :P Honestly, there was something special about those days when the relationship of a doctor and a patient had a strong bond and great trust over each other.

hehehe..I remember when my mom used to force me to have Almonds, Sprout Chat, Halwa, Poha and so many other delicacies during my exams. Never knew that the reason behind forcing me to eat-eat-eat every time was this thoughtful. Seriously, we can never understand our mothers and their way to reach a person's heart thru stomach. Brilliant read! :)

On crocheting, I can only say that I know nothing about it :( but loved the "tedha hai par mera hai" scarf and those cute little squares! :D And to be honest I searched for some words on google. That's some great vocab.
