"O’Keefe has not been charged with a felony" and "he has not been accused of any inappropriate sexual or even physical contact." O'Keefe was charged, not convicted, of a felony. Shuster called him a *convicted felon*. O'Keefe was not accused of inappropriate sexual or physical conduct. Again, did you read Nadia's statements in the court document? She made no such claims.

Who accused him of drugging someone? Proof please. Nadia didn't. Did you bother to read the court documents? She made no claim, and her friends said she made no claim. Did she go to the police, and get drug tested? Did she file a police report that she was drugged? No, and No. Shuster did, and that is one of the reasons O'Keefe filed the lawsuit.

Ultrasounds Already Part of VA Planned Parenthood Abortion Procedure The Virginia League for Planned Parenthood didn’t immediately return calls yesterday. But here’s what it said on the recording for its abortion services information hotline: “Patients who have a surgical abortion generally come in for two appointments. At the first visit we do a health assessment, perform all the necessary lab work, and do an ultrasound. This visit generally takes about an hour. At the second visit, the procedure takes place. This visit takes about an hour as well. For out of town patients for whom it would be difficult to make two trips to our office, we’re able to schedule both the initial appointment and the procedure on the same day. Medical abortions generally require three visits. At the first visit, we do a health assessment, perform all the necessary lab work, and do an ultrasound. This visit takes about an hour. At the second visit, the physician gives the first pill and directions for taking two more pills at home. The third visit is required during which you will have an exam and another ultrasound.”

So, they oppose the ultrasound because it is invasive, and akin to "rape"...? What do they think an abortion is? You just click your heels three times, sprinkle some Fairy dust and poof? You can undergo an invasive abortion procedure but not something you should be doing annually, already? (transvaginal examination) On The View, both Sherri and Barbara say how difficult and traumatic it would be to have to see the ultrasound before the procedure. Sherri even saying she might not have had her many abortions, had she seen the ultrasound beforehand. Think about that. Why so traumatic? Because it might actually look like a baby, and not some lump of cells, that can easily be flushed away?

Nice job Lee. So funny he goes so far out of his way to prove that these attacks had NOTHING to do with the members at Occupy, yet he was FULLY willing, and even pushed the meme that the alleged spitting was done by Tea Partiers, the alleged n*word was done by tea partiers, the alleged racist signs were done by tea partiers. Not, perhaps, by individuals, who just showed up, or were in the general area. During the health care signing, there were people all over the place. There was no *proof* that any of the people there were even tea partiers, much less tea partiers that were hurling foul language, or spitting. (the spitting that never happened) The Tea Party rallies were infiltrated by the Westboro people, the LaRouche people, and by Liberals who intentionally set out to paint the movement in a negative light. YET, the very actions of those groups were used AGAINST the tea party. Olby and his ilk sat there, night after night, attacking Tea Partiers, as "straight up racists". The entire movement. Why is OWS afforded this courtesy, defended against rape, molestation, and violence, but Tea Partiers, people who carry signs, and are concerned about our national debt, are not, and even blamed for actions of groups like LaRouche, and fabricated stories about Cleaver being spit on. Pisses me off, I tell ya.
