I'm fascinated by the concept as it resonates somewhere deep and, as I coach in a very visual and slightly quirky way, the concept appeals to me and I can see it working well with clients. I particularly liked the one about finding out what you love to do and doing that. I see a lot of people whose energy is draining out of them because they're not doing enough of what they love. Discovering what we feel passionate about, what energises us and what we enjoy doing is key to a happy fulfilled life.
