Also other POC I think of in video games would be Barret from Final Fantasy 7 and Sazh Katzroy from Final Fantasy 13. They're the only ones I can think of at the top of my head. Though they kind of come off somewhat stereotypically. :/

From what I noticed, these marriage pushers never emphasize love, feeling connected, or any form of emotional development. It's all about just getting married and nothing more. It's no wonder why there's a high divorce rate, even though marriage these days it's supposed to be about love and companionship, the economic and social pressure of getting married remains to be a powerful force.

I also think many feminists quickly forget that children are an oppressed classed. After all, it wasn't that long ago where children were thought of as property. Let's also not forget the number of children living poverty, dying from preventable diseases, and among other things.
For me, you can't call yourself pro-choice and disparage a woman's choice to be a mother.
