http://www.commonplacecrazy.com/ : 10 Things I CAN Do!

This was a great idea for a post. By the way, after I read you post about the digital photo workbook, I ordered a copy. My husband and I were just getting started on the lessons when things around here went a little ker-pluey. We'll be wanting to get back to that soon too.

http://www.laurenwayne.com/ : #NaNoProgMo January 2012: Week 1

I think January is starting slow for everyone - at least that's the impression I'm getting from my blogroll. Do you historically have productive v. slow seasons? Winter SEEMS like it should be a great time for writing, but I think the days get away from me too easily when they are so short. Take heart - you are making progress on your manuscript. Probably the hardest kind of progress. Once the direction is crystal, the writing goes faster. My recent post Am I a good social media user, or a creepy stalker?

http://www.laurenwayne.com/ : National Novel Progress Month

Hi Lauren! So, I didn't know you were going to go again. (I am pleased, however.) I've been busy putting together my own version of the challenge - WriMoProg! You can see what I did here: http://theparanormalist.wordpress.com/wrimoprog-h... (My most recent post, shown courtesy of Intense Debate, was me noodling around with the idea. Follow the ABOVE link to see what I came up with.) Of course you are invited to participate, if you like. (I will be doing both.) I set it up with some minor differences - in particular, I wanted to include non-fiction and short-works writers. I hope you don't feel like I've stepped on your toes. Thank you for my badge. I posted it, along with some notes about NaNoProgMo, on my newly revised 'backstory' tab. http://theparanormalist.wordpress.com/backstory-2... Can you tell what I did over Christmas break? So. Where's the linky-thing for this round? Am I missing it, or it it just not up yet? My recent post An invitation to consider a writerly resolution. (Which is the only one that matters to many of us.)

Congratulations! We're going to do NaNoProgMo again, right? Starting tomorrow? I did not manage to meet my progress goal, but I'm raring to start fresh at the beginning of a month.
http://www.athenabees.com/ : It's the most wonderful time of the year.

The photographs were hidden in the bowels of my husband's camera last night, when I made my post. Now that I've fished them out, I added one to the 'A Dark Halloween' post. If you don't mind me asking, what did Blogger do when you attempted to comment? I'm trying to work out all the bugs in the various commenting systems. I like yours - nice that it allows me to choose which post I want attached to my comment. Perhaps I'll switch. (Lovely, MORE technical tweaking.)
Great post. These pics were great fun for me to see. I miss my years of celebrating Halloween with little ones. Plus, I have to admit I laughed right out loud when I read the "Then to finish off my look..." section. Ah the joys of nursing. (But you'll be so glad you did it.)
Good luck on NaBloPoMo this November. I'm signed up too, so I'm surfing through the blogroll to see what there is to see. You're blog made me smile and laugh. (It was the coffee table pic that got me.) Though I'm past all the intensive mothering you are doing, it's lovely to be reminded. I hope you don't mind if I follow your blog :)
